How to Reduce Drug-Related Deaths
Ireland has the highest rate of drug deaths in the EU, at 97 per million people against an EU average of 22.5. This paper sets out practical actions to reduce overdose deaths and respond to the risks of a changing drug market, including making naloxone available without prescription.
